Delivery: We aim to deliver within 28 days but our equipment is hand-built
and at times our order book is full.
Please contact us for current delivery times.
Carriage: Inland: £4.35 + vat = £5.00 for parcels under 500g.
£17.40 + vat = £20.00 for heavier parcels.
Export and over-water carriage charges are subject to quotation.
Guarantee: We have a two year guarantee which offers repair without charge
for parts or labour. We do not offer on-site repair and it is the
customer's responsibility to return faulty equipment to our works.
The guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged.
We will not accept responsibility for consequential loss of any sort
(including hire charges). If timing is critical to your event you
should ensure that spare equipment is available.
Repairs: Minimum charge £60.00 per item + £17.40 carriage + vat.
For 1 item - minimum charge £77.40 plus vat = £89.00
For 2 items - minimum charge £137.40 plus vat = £158.00
For 3 items - minimum charge £197.40 plus vat = £227.50
For 4 items - minimum charge £257.40 plus vat = £296.00
When returning heads please do not remove the 'U' shaped mounting bracket.
We do not accept deliveries at the weekend - do not despatch on a Friday.
